How to join The Great Cebu Sale Raffle

Mechanics:

  1. There are three ways for you to join the raffle, namely through Facebook, by joining the webinars and through submission of proof of purchase of at least P1,000 and above from any of the participating merchants between Sept. 15 to Oct. 31, 2020.
  2. Hit the Like button of the official Great Cebu Sale FB Page. Visit the GCS website at www.thegreatcebusale.com and click on the menu/banner “RAFFLES.” Copy and paste the text indicated in the menu/banner on How to Join the Raffle and post it in your FB wall with the hashtag #thegreatcebusale and tag two of your friends. Take a screenshot of your post and email it to [email protected].
  3. The Philippine Retailers Association Cebu Chapter has free webinars scheduled on the following dates: Sept. 28, Sept. 29, Oct. 6, Oct. 12, Oct. 13, Oct. 19, and Oct. 20. Please refer to the posts of Great Cebu Sale FB Page on how to join the webinars. Attendees of the said webinars will also be entitled to join the raffle.
  4. Submit your entries by messaging the official FB Page of Great Cebu Sale or email via [email protected] the receipt with your complete name, address and mobile number for you to be included in the raffle. You can submit multiple transactions per week for greater chances of winning.
  5. GCS organizer will use a web app called namepickr.com for the online raffles. All entries in Facebook, attendees in the webinars and for those who submitted proof of purchase will be listed accordingly. GCS organizer will input the names into a name list which can be found in the app. “Namepickr” will automatically randomize the names to choose the winners for the raffle. Weekly draws will be done in the presence of two representatives from the organizing committee. Weekly draws will be done every Friday. Cut-off is every Thursday, 5 p.m. to be included in the weekly draws.
  6. A total of 16 weekly winners will be announced every Monday starting Sept. 28, Oct. 5, Oct. 12, Oct. 19, Oct. 26 and Nov. 2, 2020. Winners will be posted on the Great Cebu Sale FB Page and website.
  7. Weekly raffle prizes include: 8 pieces of Island Souvenirs Sinulog Shirts, 7 pieces of Gift Certificates from Anjo World worth P500 per GC and 1 item from Aerophone.
  8. The GCS organizer will notify the weekly winners via Facebook Messenger and/or e-mail and arrange the delivery of the prizes to the officially registered address.
